Terms of Use

Eligibility and authority

You must use Bunat under your correct identity and the authority granted by your school or organization. If acting for an education organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to the relevant agreements. Use by minors is subject to school and family supervision and applicable requirements.

Accounts and sign-in security

• Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
• Keep passwords and verification codes confidential and do not share accounts.
• Tell your school or the Bunat team immediately about unauthorized use.
• Do not attempt to bypass your assigned role, school, or permissions.

Acceptable use

Bunat must be used for lawful educational and administrative purposes. You may not conduct security testing without written authorization, disrupt the service, bypass protections, access another person’s data, upload malware, abuse others, or violate rights or applicable law.

School and user content

Schools and users retain their rights in content and data they upload. They grant Bunat only the permission needed to host, process, display, and back up that content to provide the service. The uploading party is responsible for legality, accuracy, and having the necessary permissions.

Bunat intellectual property

The platform, design, software, marks, and original materials belong to Bunat or its licensors. These terms do not allow you to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use Bunat marks without written permission.

Subscriptions and pilots

Pricing, subscription term, account scope, and support are defined in the proposal or contract with the school or organization. Some features may be part of a pilot and may change based on learning and feedback. Sending a join form does not automatically create or approve an account.

Availability and updates

We work to keep Bunat available and reliable, but maintenance, failures, or circumstances outside our control may occur. We may update features and interfaces for security and improvement and will try to notify organizations of material changes or planned downtime when practical.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or limited when abuse, security risk, or a breach of these terms is suspected, subject to the school agreement and applicable requirements. When the relationship ends, organization data is handled according to the agreement, Privacy Policy, and retention requirements.

Responsibility

Bunat is an educational operations and support tool and does not replace the professional decisions of schools or teachers. Warranties, liability limits, and remedies, if any, are defined in the organization’s contract and to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and resolving issues

We may update these terms as the service develops. The new version and date will be published here. Issues should first be raised through direct contact and are governed by the law and forum set in the organization’s contract, or the otherwise applicable rules when no specific contract exists.
