When Bunat is used through a school or education organization, that organization may decide which student and staff data is entered, while Bunat processes that data to provide the service under its agreement with the organization.

• Account and school data, including name, role, grade, class, subjects, and permissions.
• Learning and usage data, including published content, submissions, assessments, results, and progress.
• Technical data needed for security and operation, such as network address, browser type, login records, and errors.

• Provide the platform and operate accounts, permissions, and learning workflows.
• Respond to join requests, contact messages, and support needs.
• Protect accounts and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

Students and minors

Bunat is designed for schools, students, and families. We do not use student data for targeted advertising and do not sell it. Student accounts are created and managed through the authorized education organization. Schools and guardians must use the platform in line with the requirements that apply to them.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting, email, communications, and technical support providers that process data to deliver and protect the service, or disclose data where a valid legal obligation requires it. Users within a school only receive access allowed by their permissions.

Security and retention

We use access controls, school data separation, encryption in transit, audit records, and operational procedures to protect data. No digital method can guarantee absolute security. We retain data while needed to provide the service and meet contractual or legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it when retention is no longer necessary.

Cookies and session data

Bunat uses cookies and session technologies that are necessary for login, request protection, and saving language and interface preferences. We do not use them to sell user profiles or deliver targeted advertising. Disabling necessary session cookies may prevent login and other functions from working.

If your account belongs to a school, we may direct the request to the school administration so authority can be verified and the request handled correctly.
